A colorful vegetable-based dish made with tender, baked eggplants, zucchini, red and green peppers, red onions, garlic and ripe tomato cherries. Served over our homemade tahini sauce, steamy chickpeas. Garnished with torn parsley and a drizzle of premium olive oil.
