Includes: Lettuce, fresh vermicelli, bean sprouts and beef fillet, tender and soft, marinated with spices then stir-fried on high heat with golden fried garlic. All ingredients are put into a bowl and served with sweet and sour fish sauce made from fish sauce and sugar, both salty and sweet with a perfect sour taste.

It's a street food from Osaka, Japan. The dish consists of spherical cakes made with octopus and flour as main ingredients, along with green onions, cabbage, pink ginger.. The cake is cooked on a Takoyaki pan, then topped with mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, dried fish flakes, and seaweed when done.
