Our specialty cake from Bac Kan served with sugarcane juice. The hot cake tastes better when it's cooled down a bit; if you eat it immediately, it will be softer and more prone to sogginess. When purchasing, please consider this notice as the cake has a persistent flavor; for those who aren't used to eating it, they might complain that it's too sweet for us, but we've been selling it for nearly 10 years with the same flavor, different from other Southern-style cakes.
