We came across this pasta dish on our visits to Grana Padano factory in Marmirolo. We were welcome by a colleague’s family and served this beautiful dish. It’s a lovely creamy dish that has a tangy taste to it coming from mostarda and pomodorini secchi.There’s a variation with pumpkin too.
