Our version, well Mom’s actually, contains the unique Johor thick Gravy with Tuna, thin durum wheat Spaghettini, Long Beans (Kacang Panjang) & all the sweet, sour, spicy, & fresh flavours.

In the sauce, Oyster Mushrooms sautéed in the traditional Carbonara ingredients of Olive Oil, Garlic, Egg Yolk and Butter. Topped with Twice-fried Popcorn Chicken. Dusted with Chopped Chives & grated Parmesan Cheese.

House made, richly flavoured Tomato Soup is accompanied by open face White Sourdough grilled with a mixture of Raclette, Gruyère & Red Cheddar Cheeses until it all melts.

Sautéed Kale & Oyster Mushrooms, Grilled Tomato, Baked Beans & Tater Tots (seasoned grated potatoes, deep-fried in oil to form a crispy crust).

Fluffy cubes of Pressed Rice, Cockle Chilli Sambal, Chicken Rendang scented with lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, chillies & coconut cream, sprinkled with Spiced Coconut floss, then drizzled with a rich, Peanut Sauce.

With a nod to Vietnamese cuisine, chunks of Grilled Lemongrass Boneless Chicken Leg are tossed with crisp lettuce, Asian Greens, roasted peanuts & a few other (healthy) surprises.

This recipe has stood the test of time. Our slightly updated version includes delicate Sous Vide Chicken Breast, Butterhead Lettuce, Celery, Red Grapes & Apple, & Sesame Seed Candied Walnuts in a Roasted Sesame Dressing.

Those slightly chewy fat tubes again, this time smothered in a rich, creamy, buttery, Tomato-y sauce are finished off with a generous handful of grated Parmesan cheese, & scattered with delicate Micro Greens.

A jumble of delicate, perfectly cooked al dente Spaghettini, tossed in a simple, yet intense, creamy sauce of Salted Butter, Tomato Paste, & Cream, with lashings of Grated Parmesan Cheese sprinkled over the top.

Sautéed Spaghettini in our own Miso Pesto works so well with these Oyster Mushrooms, dunked in a buttermilk & flour batter, & then fried until crisp. Slivers of Bunga Kantan (Ginger Flower) & thin slices of Red Onion garnish this dish.

Fat tubes of Rigatoni Pasta in a creamy, rich Beef Bolognese Sauce, slices of Sautéed Streaky Beef , garnished with dainty Micro Greens. & lashings of Grated Parmesan Cheese.

Spaghettini coated in a herbaceous creamy Miso Pesto with flakes of Pan-Seared fresh Salmon on top & slices of delicate Bunga Kantan (Ginger Flower) to complete the pretty picture.

Juicy prawns, tender squid cooked to perfection Kam Heong style & tossed in al dente spaghettini with crispy fried curry leaves to add crunch & flavour

Inspired by the famous Fatty Crab restaurant in K.L, our riff on their recipe starts with a bed of Spaghettini swimming in a sea of sweet & sour sauce. On top, a generous helping of crispy Soft-Shell Crab sprinkled with chopped Spring Onion.

Fresh Salmon Fillet, seared in a pan until the skin crisps & then flipped to finish, is married with our own piquant Béarnaise Sauce, & served on a bed of Triple-Fried Potatoes & lightly Sautéed Snow Peas.

Whole Boneless Chicken Leg, marinated in Peri-Peri Sauce, and then grilled. Served on a pile of crispy Fries, a whole slice of caramelised Grilled Pineapple, and topped with our crunchy Coleslaw tossed in a luscious Japanese Mayo Dressing.

Steamed Jasmine Rice mixed with Coriander, Laksa Leaves, Spring Onion, Fried Anchovies, Shallots & Red Chillies. Whole Chicken Leg, marinated in Turmeric & Fish Sauce and then fried until crispy yet tender. Special dipping sauce on the side.

Coconut & Cooking Cream go into this silky Nyonya Laksa sauce, which coats a delicate Pan-Fried Salmon fillet. Kedondong & Young Mango Pickle adds a sweet & sour crunch. Served with steamed White Rice, garnished with Fried Shallot and Micro Greens.
