We mix it with Local Herbs, Grilled Lemongrass Chicken, Tuna topped with Sambal Matah, Eggplant Kicap, & Belinjau Chips.

Coconut & Cooking Cream go into this silky Nyonya Laksa sauce, which coats a delicate Pan-Fried Salmon fillet. Kedondong & Young Mango Pickle adds a sweet & sour crunch. Served with steamed White Rice, garnished with Fried Shallot and Micro Greens.
